How it works

Bid. Charge. Scan. Pick up.

Lucky Nab turns retailer surplus into a clean buyer path: bid, auto-charge, barcode check-in, then row / shelf / bin pickup.

Buyer path

  1. Step 1

    Browse & bid

Shop item-level auctions from retailer surplus. Set a max bid, or Buy It Now when listing agents enable it.

  2. Step 2

    Win → auto-charge

When the auction ends, your card on file is charged automatically and a pickup ticket is created.

  3. Step 3

    Barcode check-in

At the warehouse, your phone shows a customer barcode. Staff scan it to check you in.

  4. Step 4

    Row · shelf · bin

After check-in, each won item reveals its exact warehouse location so you can pull it yourself.

  5. Step 5

    Collect your items

Walk the aisles, pull from the bins, and mark items collected in the app as you go.

  6. Step 6

    Scan-out checkout

Report to the desk. Staff scan your customer barcode and each item barcode — then you’re done.

Behind the dock doors

The same ops loop retailers run — productized for buyers.

01

Receive

Liquidated goods arrive from retailers into Lucky Nab warehouses.

02

Sort

Ops sorts inventory into sellable units and assigns row, shelf, and bin locations.

03

List

Listing agents publish item auctions (optional Buy It Now) into local pickup events.

04

Fulfill

After sale and auto-charge, staff scan buyers in, guide pickup, and scan out at checkout.

FAQ

What happens when I win?

Your payment method is charged automatically. You’ll get a pickup ticket with a customer barcode — no separate checkout cart for auction wins.

How do I find my items in the warehouse?

After staff scan your barcode at check-in, the app unlocks row, shelf, and bin for every item on the ticket.

Do I have to buy a whole pallet?

No. The main marketplace is single-item auctions. Pallets and truckloads live under Pro.

What is Buy It Now?

An optional fixed price a listing agent can attach to an auction. If it’s on, you can buy immediately instead of waiting for the clock.
